Some medical conditions and medications can prevent you from becoming a donor. For your first 2 donations, new donors are now paid $75 for each donation. They are always changing promotions, so get in there and earn your easy $150 while this promotion lasts.
Start today and go home with your first $75. Go two days later and earn another $75. In a span of three days and spending a total of only three hours of your time, you will have made $150! When you finish your 2 new donor donations for your total of $150, you can keep earning on the standard scale for as long as you like. You must bring the following:
1. Name of your Referrer: TERRY ENTZEL (pronounced like pencil without the "P")
When at the center, they will probably forget to ask, but please give the staff my name as the person that referred you as soon as you begin the process of becoming a new donor. If a form you fill out asks how you learned about donating plasma, please enter "Referred by TERRY ENTZEL" not Craigslist or the internet.
2. A valid photo ID
Make sure you have ONE of the following:
• Driver's license / State-issued ID card
• Passport
• Military ID
• School ID (along with a copy of your birth certificate)
3. Proof of your social security number.
Make sure you have ONE of the following:
• Social Security Card
• W-2 or paycheck stub (that includes full name and full social security number)
• Social Security Verification (obtained from your local Supplemental Security Income office)
• If you are not a US citizen: you may provide proof of Individual Taxpayer ID Number (ITIN)
4. Proof of address.
Make sure you have ONE of the following:
• Driver's license or state-issued ID (as long as address is current)
• W-2 or paycheck stub (as long as current address is shown)
• Mail with your name and address printed on the envelope (postmarked within the last 30 days)
• Copy of your current household lease
