@OptimumHelp this makes no sense. I haven’t had repetitive internet service in 3 days. I run an at-home business and this is affecting my work. I’ve made calls and visited the website to no avail. Im paying for the highest level of service and this is unacceptable.

Also when he told me he was gonna help me check the 2nd issue, he actually disappeared and disconnected me. 🙃

@AlticeUSA @optimum my bill is $95/month just saw my 84 year old grandma’s bill $350/month for similar service. Was blown off and resolution dept offered an unacceptable reduction, promotions are listed on site. Loyal customers here, are you preying on the elderly ?

@optimum I’ve had nothing but stress over a new account I set up for my parents. 1st tech didn’t set up the system correctly! Rep who set up account spelled the name wrong, and after an hours online with your website support, I was told the issue was fixed. It isn’t.
